If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process for returns and exchanges to guarantee your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Visit our support portal and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a unique RMA number along with detailed shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
